Powers

These are the various powers that we have on MutantMUSH. Each power has a description of what the power does and how many characters are allowed to have that particular power. Simply click on which power you would like to know more about below.

Each power will show a description and also the number of characters that we will accept that have the power. Some also show a note saying how close we will monitor or how well an application must be before we will approve it. The explanation of the powers listed here are what the full capabilities of the power is.

Each character starts out with the bare basics of their power and grow into the full capabilities of their power. We also have a complete listing of all the restricted powers that we have on this game.

  • Bodily Possession: The ability for one's consciousness to enter the body of another living being. 1 (1)
  • Cellulokinesis: The ability to psychically manipulate the cells of other biotic subjects. 1 (1)
  • Chaetokinesis: The ability to psychically manipulate hair. 2 (2)
  • Chromokinesis: The ability to mentally manipulate photons in order to change the color of any subject. 3 (3)

  • Clairalience: The ability to sense smells and aromas from the past, the future or a location. 1 (1)
  • Clairaudience: The ability to mentally pick up sounds from the future, past, or some location. 1 (1)

  • Clairgustance: Allows one to taste a substance from the past, future, or an area. 1 (1)
  • Clairsentience: The ability to perceive the past or future condition of a subject by touching it. 1 (1)
  • Clairvoyance: The ability where a person acquires knowledge of all sorts by visual means. 3 (3)
  • Continual Energy Generation: The ability to psychically generate energy which constantly renews itself. 1 (1)
  • Crumpling: The ability to psychically weaken the structure of any solid subject. 1 (1)
  • Cryokinesis: Molecular manipulation, slowing down kinetic energy between atoms causing drastic drops in temperature in an atmosphere or object. 3 (3)
  • Crystallokinesis: The ability to generate and manipulate crystals and minerals at will. 2 (2)
  • Degeneration: The ability to psychically deteriorate others. 1 (1)
  • Density Shifting: The ability to use psionic power to alter one’s own density concentration. 2 (2)
  • Dermakinesis: The ability to psychically manipulate skin. 2 (2)
  • Disruption: The ability to project a psychic aura (or an EMP) from one's body that disrupts electrical/electromagnetic fields. 2 (2)
  • Distraction: A telepathic faculty in which one disrupts the part of the brain which allows focus and concentration. 2 (2)
  • Echolocation: Allow the user of this ability a visual awareness of their surroundings. 3 (3)
  • Eidetic Memory: The ability to remember things much more readily than a normal human. 3 (3)
  • Electrokinesis: The ability to mentally manipulate electricity currents and generate static electricity. 3 (3)
  • Empathic Exoskeleton: The ability to generate an outer carapace. 2 (2)
  • Empathic Mimicry: The ability to absorb abilities and reproduce them. 1 (1)
  • Empathy: The mental ability to feel or experience the emotions of others. 2 (2)
  • Empathic Shapeshifting: The changing of one's form or fluctuation of one's health based on someone's feelings toward the user. 2 (2)

  • Juxtaposition: The superhuman ability to psychically match the abilities and benefits of any desired subject. 1 (1)
  • Kinetic Absorption: The ability to psychically take the kinetic energy out of anything. 2 (2)
  • Kinetic Acceleration: The ability to accelerate and or decelerate the speed of an object or a subject. 2 (2)
